Name, mobile number, email, delivery addresses, order history, PAN (only for members receiving commission, for TDS compliance) and bank/UPI details you provide for withdrawals. We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking passwords.

2. How we use it

• To process and deliver orders and handle returns.
• To calculate and pay referral commission and deduct applicable taxes.
• To send order updates and service notifications.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share only the minimum information with delivery partners, payment processors and government authorities when required by law. We never sell your personal data.

4. Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff and logged.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your data by contacting our Grievance Officer.
